FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: flexible locking-sealing device is intended for locking and sealing various loads. The device consists of a section of a cable, one end of which is preliminary secured in a flat case, while the other free end is let through the case at locking and is fixed in it with a locking mechanism. Two channels of cable route are made in the case for receiving the section of the cable; there are also made two location blocks for clamping the end of the cable and for fixation of the free end of the cable. Also the location block for clamping the end of the cable is positioned at angle from 0 to 10 degrees to lengthwise axis of the case. The location block of fixation is positioned at angle from 0 to 20 degrees to lengthwise axis of the case. Plates are rigidly secured on the fixed section of the cable above a cable terminal. The plates have openings, axes of which are not perpendicular to planes of the plates; also the plates are fixed towards each other with their axes of openings split; notably, the section of the cable with its plates rests against an upper part of the location block for clamping the cable end. A metal mechanism of clamping made in form of a sleeve is installed inside the case in the fixing location block. Two similar spring loaded elements are installed in seats of the sleeve; the elements fix the cable section during locking.

EFFECT: facilitating high degree of prevention from fraudulent opening.
