SUBSTANCE: cascode amplifier with an extended frequency band comprises an input voltage-to-current converter (1), the current output of which is connected to the emitter of an output transistor (2), a non-inverting current repeater (3), the current input of which is connected to the base of the output transistor (2), and the current output is connected to the emitter of the output transistor (2), a device output (4), connected to the collector of the output transistor (2), a collector load resistor (5) connected between the power supply bus (6) and the collector of the output transistor (2). The circuit includes an additional voltage repeater (7), the input of which is connected to the device output (4), and the output is connected to the base of the output transistor (2) through an additional balancing capacitor (8).

EFFECT: wider operating frequency band of the cascode amplifier without degradation of voltage gain in the mid-frequency range.
