FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to equipment for processing discrete or solid materials at combined or separate effects of gas pressure of up to 500 MPa and temperature of up to 2000°C developed inside working chamber of gasostatic extruder. Gasostatic extruder comprises power foundation and container with its face stopped by top and bottom plugs to form working chamber communicated via gas line with low-and high-pressure compressors and pressure membrane-type regulator and gas system shut-off valves. Note here that said pressure regulator comprises top plate and bottom plate with annular groove cavity and central cavity that forms flat annular fillet with annular groove. Fillet surface is lapped to membrane. Mote also that top plate cavity communicates via hand-operated valves with gas system or atmosphere. Top plate cavity area exceeds that of bottom plate annular groove area while membrane high-pressure seals are fixed. Every aforesaid cavity of top and bottom plates communicates with pipeline communicating low-pressure compressor with high-pressure compressor suction line. Bottom plate central cavity communicates with low-pressure compressor suction line.
EFFECT: shorter operating cycle.
