FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to powder metallurgy and to equipment for treatment of items out of discrete and solid materials at simultaneous or combined effecting them with high pressure and temperature created in gas medium of working chamber of gas-static extruder. Here is disclosed the gas-static extruder consisting of a power bed and a container closed on ends with an upper and lower plugs and coupled with a gas system which includes a compressor and a gas-vessel station. As a compressor the gas system has a low pressure compressor. Also the gas system is equipped with an inlet gate valve of high pressure with expanded port area installed on the upper plug of the container. An under-the valve cavity of the valve is connected with the expanded port area made in the upper plug, while an above-the valve cavity is connected with the low pressure compressor and the gas-vessel station by means of low pressure pipelines made with expanded port areas.
EFFECT: reduced time of working cycle, avoiding usage of high pressure pipeline and its connections, implementation of one low pressure compressor, increased efficiency and reliability of gas-static extruder.
