FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment designed to process discrete and solid materials with simultaneous or combined effects of high (up to 500 MPa) pressure and temperature of up to 2000°C. Proposed gasostatic extruder comprises foundation, container with its faces stopped by top and bottom plugs that form inner cavity communicated by gas multiplier with gas system. Note here that said two-stage gas multiplier incorporates cylinders with plungers and hydraulic cylinder with piston. Said hydraulic cylinder interacts with has channels via spacers with their inner space communicated with atmosphere. Note also that gas cylinders are furnished with fat-release bayonet gates with seals. Plungers represent an assembly of seals and rod rigidly interjointed axially to radially displace relative to each other. Rod spherical ends of gas cylinders can interact with the piston of hydraulic cylinder.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability, better reparability.
