FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed fixture comprises body intended for fitting one or several piston rings with the help of moving bush oriented over outer cylindrical surface. Said bush is provided with key to orient piston rings along lock planes and three rockers fitted in said body to lock rings axially and driven by three push rods moving in and outs of said body by cams of three-cam self-centering chuck. Note here that body outer surface on piston rings fitting side is tapered.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality.
