FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: work piece is preliminary deformed at temperature 1000-850°C with summary reduction 65-75 % and is subjected to finish deformation at temperature 750-700°C with reduction per pass not less, than 12 % and summary reduction not less, than 60 %. Further, there is performed quenching from rolled heating at rate over 35°C/min to 150±10°C and successively cooling in air. Upon quenching sheet is subjected to high tempering at temperature 600±10°C with conditioning 4.0-6.0 min/mm of thickness, where upon there is carried out stabilising tempering at temperature 460+10°C with conditioning for 3-5 hours and successive cooling in air.
EFFECT: increased strength and cold resistance of low carbon ferrite-pearlite steel.
