FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: thermal treatment of the weld consists in its heating to temperature not exceeding the point Ac1 at the rate of 30-50°C/h. Then, it is cured at preset temperature and cooled down along with the furnace. Note here that heating is performed in stepwise manner, first to 450±10°C with curing for 5-10 h and, then, to 650±10°C. Cooling in furnace is conducted to 150°C at the rate of 30-50°C/h and, then, in air.
EFFECT: improved structure of the weld, better operating performances under low-temperature impact straining.
