FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in alloy grains deformation crumbling by intense plastic deformation of alloy with equip-channel angular press forming Equip-channel angular press forming is performed at rate of deformation chosen from interval = 0.1-1.0 mm/sec and temperature of deformation TECAPF determined from ratio: , where Tm is absolute temperature of alloy melting, k is Boltzmann constant, Q*b is energy of activation of diffusion along non-equilibrium borders of grains, D*b0 is pre-exponential factor of diffusion coefficient along non-equilibrium borders of grains, Z1 and Z2 are calculated model parameters of non-equilibrium state of structure of alloy depending on its chemical and phase composition. Also, for aluminium alloys Z1=0.41 m3/2 and Z2=6.5·10-8 m3/2, while for magnesium alloys Z1=0.49 m3/2 and Z2=10.7·10-8 m3/2.
EFFECT: raised process level and efficiency of formation of structure of light non-ferrous alloys with maximal super-plastic properties by deformation crumbling their grain structure and by formation of non-equilibrium state of grain borders.
