FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: there is disclosed procedure for cooling pistons of two-cylinder single phase plunger-free power module with common external combustion chamber and linear electro-generator with opposite motion of anchors. In the procedure there are implemented the common external combustion chamber, electro-generator with opposite motion of anchors, two expansion machines actuating opposite motion of the electric-generator anchors and system of control. A rod and pistons of each expansion machine connected to the rod are cooled with cooling agent flowing in a cavity. The cavity is restricted with internal surface of the rod and external and internal surface of the pipe installed inside this cavity. At motion of the pistons from points of extreme convergence of the pistons to points of extreme divergence cooling agent is forced through a radiator transmitting heat of cooling agent to environment and enters a pneumatic accumulator. At motion of the pistons from the points of extreme divergence to points of extreme convergence cooling agent from the accumulator enters the same cavity restricted with internal surface of the rods and external and internal surfaces of the pipe.

EFFECT: improved power module pistons cooling.
