FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: cryogenic fuel supply system for engine includes cryogenic capacity connected through cryogenic pump, fuel filter, oil-to-oil heat exchanger, gas heat exchanger to gas engine injectors, return gas line for cooling of system assemblies, valves, and control unit. Controlled positive displacement pump of increased pressure is used as cryogenic pump. System is equipped with controlled throttle, gas mixer, gas receiver and controlled gas batcher. Cryogenic capacity is connected to gas engine injectors through cryogenic pump, oil-to-oil heat exchanger, gas heat exchanger, gas mixer, gas receiver, fuel filter, controlled gas batcher. Controlled throttle is parallel connected to oil-to-oil heat exchanger and gas heat exchanger to inputs of gas mixer and oil-to-oil heat exchanger. Return pipeline is connected to cryogenic pump and to cryogenic capacity. Outlet of cryogenic pump is connected to cryogenic capacity via additional pipeline with controlled discharge valve of excess cryogenic fuel. Additional pipeline with controlled valve for ensuring constant pressure in the capacity is installed between cryogenic capacity and outlet of fuel filter.
EFFECT: higher reliability of the system, lower losses of cryogenic fuel, and higher efficiency of power plant.
