FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device includes the following: generator of feeding pulses consists of synchronisation cascade, shapers of sequences of rectangular linearly varying and quadratic pulses; commutator; power amplifier; four-arm bridge circuit; null indicator. Single resistors are connected to the first, the second and the third arms of four-arm bridge circuit. The fourth arm of bridge circuit consists of two parallel connected branches. Peculiar feature of this invention is such that additional second capacitor is introduced to the first branch of the fourth arm of four-arm bridge circuit, as well as the fifth resistor is introduced to the second branch of the fourth arm of four-arm bridge circuit.

EFFECT: lower measuring error owing to excluding the constituents of error from parasitic capacitances of variable controlled balancing elements and resistance transducers with required resistances.
