SUBSTANCE: bridge metre of dipoles parameters comprises serially connected a generator of a supplying complex electric signal, a bridge circuit and a zero indicator. The dipole with balancing elements included into the composition of the bridge circuit comprises three additional elements: an additional capacitor, an additional resistor and an additional inductance coil, and also connection of the bridge circuit to the first output of the pulse generator is changed, all three additional elements are connected into a multi-element dipole with balancing elements of the first branch of the bridge, the additional capacitor is connected in parallel to the available dipole from the first and second resistor and the first capacitor, the electric circuit from serially connected additional inductance coil and the additional resistor is connected in parallel to the second resistor, and also the fact that functional elements of the dipole with balancing elements are controlled, and functional elements of the dipole of the measurement object serve as sought-for four parameters - the first and second resistors, inductance and capacitance.

EFFECT: reduced error of measurement due to elimination of error from parasite capacitances relative to earth in controlled balancing elements and instability of these parasite capacitances.
