FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: bridge circuit for measuring parameters of two-terminal devices has series-connected feed pulse generator, a four-arm bridge circuit and a null indicator. Three arms of the four-arm bridge circuit contain a single resistor each, the resistance values of which are constant and known. The fourth arm of that bridge circuit is formed by a potential frequency-independent two-terminal device, having two multi-element two-terminal devices - with the unknown parameters and variable controlled balancing elements.
EFFECT: reduced measurement error by excluding the error component from stray capacitance relative the earth of an unearthed multi-element two-terminal device, as well as instability of that stray capacitance, by using only earthed multi-element two-terminal devices.
