SUBSTANCE: local computer ophthalmologic microsurgical network of pediatric surgery comprises formatting devices arranged in the form of a radial-circular structure of artificial neuron network, which consists of a single combination of automated workplaces (AWP): AWP of general diagnostics, AWP of special research, AWP of optic atrophy treatment, AWP of outpatient pleopto-optical treatment, AWP of stationary conservative treatment, AWP of treatment with electromagnetic exposure, AWP of procedures performance monitoring, AWP of hospitalisation, AWP of medical supplies, with opposite straight main and reverse confirming flows of information distribution between them.

EFFECT: simultaneous increase of accuracy of diagnoses definition and identification quality, detection of indications for treatment courses application, increased selectivity in pediatric surgery, higher accuracy in definition of treatment courses sequence, pediatric surgery modelling, accuracy in selection of medications, accuracy of medications and other consumables provision, provision of information flows and needs optimisation in execution of pediatric surgery.
