SUBSTANCE: opthalmological microsugical local area network for conservative treatment comprises formatting devices in form of a radial-circular structure of an artificial neural network consisting of automated workstations (AWS) for general diagnosis, AWS for special researches, AWS for treating optic nerve atrophy, AWS for outpatient conservative treatment, AWS for treatment with electromagnetic exposure, AWS for controlling procedures, AWS for hospitalisation, AWS for providing medicine, which form a single micrograph with not less than nine vertices functioning in parallel and synchronously with possibility of magnifying the structure and functional connections which connect not less than twelve oriented edges.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of determining and quality of identifying diagnoses, determining readings for conducting treatment courses, high selectivity of conservative treatment, accuracy in determining the sequence of treatment courses, simulating conservative treatment, accuracy in determining medicinal drugs, accuracy of providing medicines and other consumable materials, optimisation of information flow and needs during conservative treatment of ophthalmological diseases.
