SUBSTANCE: method of document annotation includes stages of user interface provision, associatively related to a jointly operating application; addressing a data storage associated with the second application, receiving an element selection from a data storage, data extraction, associated with the selected element, from the data storage, and displaying data in user interface, as an annotation, separate from the specified document, making it possible to add additional annotation data to a document.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of documents annotation in jointly operating applications as a result of automatic annotation of documents without necessity of manual data input by user.
