SUBSTANCE: method of automatic summarization of electronic message flow, comprising the steps of which the message flow, consisting of e-mails, is taken, received flow emails are process to identify the text components, where the text components include phrases in e-mail messages, then at least two electronic messages are chosen for use in generating the message flow summarization, the e-mails (that are duplicates of other selected e-mails) are cast out of the selected e-mails, the selected e-mails are ranked based on ranking criteria, the text components are processed to identify the keywords based on the ranking of the selected e-mails, summarization of the message flow (containing a part of keywords and text components) is generated. Keywords and text components are selected based on the ranking of the selected e-mail messages.
EFFECT: efficient summarization of electronic communication message flows.
