SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of dynamic control of contact lists information in multimodal communication system. User profile is defined. Information on contacts associated with terminals in user contact list is determined. Weighted coefficients are calculated for each of contacts based on information on contacts. Total weight is calculated for each contact based on weighted coefficients associated with each contact. List of contacts is ordered based on total weight of each contact in contact list. Ordered list of contacts is presented to user via display of device associated with user. Weighted coefficients are updated as response to changes in information on contacts and based on feedback from plurality of associated with user devices, displaying list of contacts, based on one or more capabilities of each device and corresponding contacts capabilities in contact list. List of contacts is dynamically reordered based on updated weighted coefficients. Contact list for each of multiple devices associated with user is set and reordered.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of time for control of contacts list.
