FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. The method involves applying a microbial preparation to the roots of cucumber sprouts, the preparation consisting of Bacillus subtilis TNP-3 and Bacillus subtilis TNP-5 bacteria strains in equal ratios and concentration of 1 billion KOE/ml. The preparation is applied 4 times at an interval of 10 days via drip irrigation in amount of 2 ml per root 15 days after planting.
EFFECT: invention reduces incidences of black stem and root rot in cucumber plants, thus increasing cucumber yield in a static greenhouse.
