FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rehabilitative medicine, exercise therapy (ET) in rehabilitation of children after severe craniocerebral trauma. Method includes successive doing by child of seven specific exercises of adaptive-sensomotor complex, given in invention formula, with assistance of ET methodologist and verbal instructions of teacher-speech pathologist, which makes it possible to create main motor qualities in combination of biomechanical connection of muscles and joints, activate child's cognitive activity and adapt them socially.
EFFECT: method ensures early step-by-step recovery of physical and cognitive potential through creating in child of reflex-motor stereotype, activation of psychic activity through induction of orientation reactions, restoration of methods of adoption of social experience, understanding of speech.
