METHOD FOR INCREASED MUSCLE TONE REDUCTION IN CASE OF PERINATAL CNS DAMAGE CONSEQUENCES Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61H1/00

Abstract RU 2615869 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: during exercises, the child undergoes the natural developmental sequence with a decrease in the support area on both sides. Expressed impact on the receptor apparatus of motor structures, muscles, hands, feet, spine joint and ligaments is carried out by special poses, which are the basic positions of the healthy full-term infants implementing motor ontogenesis. Positions are revised and adapted in accordance with the anatomical and physiological characteristics of children with consequences of perinatal CNS. During exercises, there is a consistent change in positions and involvement of all muscles involved in holding the body in an unstable position. The complex is named "RBA - Reduction of the Bearing Area" and is designed for children with consequences of perinatal CNS damage. The complex involves application of a sequence of 5-exercises: "position on the back - stable position on the side - inclined seating - three-support stand - four-support stand", which are provided in the claims.

EFFECT: method allows formation of motor skills in a physiologic context, elimination of pathological orientation physiology in unstable positions, by reducing muscle tone, increasing active movement amplitude, with simultaneous stimulation of orientation reflexes.
