SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in children's medical organizations (hospital, medical rehabilitation center, clinic) for the treatment of children with consequences of perinatal damage to the central nervous system (CNS PP), including premature babies. General massage and Vojta therapy are carried out for 10 days. The patients are exposed to the therapy daily for 45 minutes. Each session begins with the preparation of the muscles and body of the child with the help of massage. The following techniques are used: stroking, kneading, vibration along the outflow of venous blood and lymph, affecting the cervical-collar region, upper and lower limbs. Next, Vojta therapy is performed. During the session, targeted pressure is exerted on certain areas of the child's body, which is in a position on the stomach, on the back or on the side.

EFFECT: method provides normalization of altered muscle tone, formation of coups, crawling, which, in turn, stimulates the development of correct motor skills in accordance with age, and also affects the extinction of pathological reflexes and has an indirect effect on mental development in children with perinatal pathology of the central nervous system.
