FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to anaesthesiology and resuscitation. Replacement renal therapy (RRT) is conducted in cardiosurgical patients with postoperative multiple organ failure for haemodynamic status correction. The haemohydrodynamic values are monitored by means of catheters and a transducer system of PulsionPiccoPlus apparatus in a continuous mode. The varying relations of these values enable to determine volume ultrafiltration rate, necessary volemic load volume and inotropic support dosage.
EFFECT: method allows more efficient haemohydrodynamic status correction, enabled setting of optimal RRT regimens in stable haemodynamics due to excess fluid removal, implemented volemic correction and inotropic support dosages.
