FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. There are declared versions of nasal introduction device and method. The device comprises a container unit accommodating a container chamber incorporating a substance container which contains the substance to be introduced. The container chamber comprises an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe; a tip assembly containing a tip tightly inserted in the nasal cavity of a patient and connected by a fluid medium with the outlet pipe of the container chamber; a mouthpiece unit containing a mouthpiece connected by the fluid medium with the inlet pipe of the container chamber, and through which the user exhales so that to carry along the substance from the container and to introduced it through the tip; and means for exhaled air moisture decay while carrying along the substance from the container. The given means is generated by, e.g. providing the container in a replaceable element enclosing container, a pressure sensitive valve which usually blocks fluid medium connection between the container chamber and the mouthpiece, and a thermostat from the front downstream the container chamber.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows precise drug introduction into an olfactory region and sinus openings.
