FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to embodiments of devices for delivering a drug formulation into the patient's airways. In the first embodiment, the device comprises an inlet hole for a gas mixture, an outlet hole for a gas mixture, a container for a medicinal formulation containing a capsule for a medicinal formulation containing a medicinal formulation, and a dispersion chamber. Proposed device comprises actuator with cam follower and coupled needle. Device has a cap configured to close the gas outlet and comprising a cam which is arranged to interact with said trigger and displace it to pierce the capsule for the drug formulation when the cap is removed. Capsule for the drug formulation can be held in place to be pierced by the actuator between the seat of the capsule formed in the base of the device and the elongated element that projects from the cap. In the second embodiment, the cam follower of the starting device is made with the possibility of preventing the cap from returning back after its removal. In the third embodiment, the cap comprises an upper part of the cap having an elongated element extending from the upper part of the cap and configured to hold the capsule for the drug formulation in place.

EFFECT: development of new devices for respiratory delivery of drug compositions, having better versatility or flexibility during operation.
