FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to restorative medicine and neurology, and can be used at treating cerebral damages in children suffering type 1 diabetes. That is ensured by combined transcerebral exposure to magnetic field pulses by a bitemporal technique with electric current pulse trains by a frontomastoid technique with magnetic field induction 10-30 mT, field frequency 1-12 Hz, current intensity 10-25 mA at pulse repetition rate 50-70 Hz. Magnetic and electric stimulations are combined and synchronous at first on one hemisphere, then on the other, at alternation rate 9.5-10.5 Hz. Current pulse train frequency is 2.5-3.5 kHz. Length of procedure is 7-15 minutes.

EFFECT: method allows normalising cerebral structure functions responsible for psychovegetative, cognitive, mnestic, behavioral and other cerebral functions due to considerable exposure on bioelectric cerebral activities, particularly, on basic α-rhythm differentiation.
