FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: hollow cylindrical sprayer casing consist of cylindrical section with outer thread for connection to fluid feed distribution pipeline union and inner thread jointing casing to sprayer taper nozzle so that casing and nozzle form two aligned inner chambers, first intended for fluid feed and second making pressure chamber to produce increased pressure. Jet made up of cylindrical throttle orifice and taper threaded orifice with tape directed toward fluid outlet. Nozzle tape side surface has at least two lines of cylindrical throttling orifices with their axes perpendicular to nozzle side surface. Every line has at least three cylindrical throttling orifices. Note that, in horizontal plane orifice axis projections are spaced apart for angle of 7.5 - 60°. Swirler is arranged inside cylindrical chamber and aligned therewith, made up of outer larger-pitch trapezoidal-shape thread sleeve threaded onto rod secured via round plate to casing. Said plate has groove along Archimedes coil with coiling direction corresponding to that of fluid swirl.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying.
