FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: plant includes an axial fan with an electric motor and a water-spray device, which are mounted on a steel structure with wheels; there is a guide apparatus in the form of vanes for levelling of an air flow, a parabola-shaped fairing, a shell for creation of directed air flow movement and an enclosing grid to prevent the penetration of foreign matters. The water-spray device is made in the form of atomisers, the housing of each of which consists of a cylindrical part with external and internal threads; at that, the housing and the nozzle form two inner chambers coaxial to each other. Cylindrical chamber serves for supply of liquid, and conical chamber is a delivery chamber for creation of increased pressure, and on the nozzle, on the side opposite to the liquid supply there is a liquid spray diffuser that consists of a cylindrical orifice hole and a conical hole with an extension towards the object. On the surface of the conical hole there is a screw thread, and on conical side surface of the nozzle there are two rows of cylindrical throttle holes, and each row is provided with three cylindrical throttle holes; projections of axes of the holes in those rows are located in horizontal plane at the distance from each other at an angle of 7.5…60°, and a swirler is installed in the chamber.
EFFECT: improving efficiency and reliability of the microclimate creation process in hot shops.
