FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to outlet valve intended for press vulcaniser for producing technical rubber articles. Proposed outlet valve consists of valve bush wherein valve insert and coiled spring are arranged to displace therein. Note here that valve insert consists of valve stem with plate made on its one end and taper surface made on its opposite end. Note also that valve insert travel is limited by valve opening limiter. Besides, valve bush inner surface has tapered section directed from the plate. Valve opening limiter is formed by two interacting taper surfaces or parts of taper surfaces. Note here that taper surface formed at valve stem end is directed toward valve bush taper surface or part of taper surface.
EFFECT: simplified design, efficient operation.
