FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. The valve element has the ability to reliably move away from the electrode even at low fluid flow without interfering with the return operation of the valve element. Inlet port 12 and outlet port 15 are formed in housing 10, in which there is fluid space E through which the fluid can flow. One electrode Da containing contact T is located on edge 21a of inlet 12 and/or on peripheral part 12b of edge of port 12 of housing 10. Housing 10 is provided with another electrode Db and that contains valve element 40 made of a conductor and opening and closing inlet port 12, and twisted spring 41 made of a conductor and pressing valve element 40. Guide element 50 made of a conductor is attached to valve element 40. Guide element 50 preserves the fluid channel extending from inlet port 12 to outlet port 15, is designed to slide in fluid space E, has receiving surface 51 facing one end of fluid space E and receiving the fluid from the inlet port, and upper surface 52 facing the other end of the fluid space.
EFFECT: increased reliability of fluid flow detection.
