SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed tire comprises rubber element, that, tread rubber produced by coiling uncured rubber tape and curing coils. Hybrid rubber tape features width varying from 5 to 50 mm and thickness varying from 0.5 to 3.0 mm and comprises conducting rubber part and that with lower conductivity. Conducting rubber part makes tape surface fraction on each side or only one tape side while remaining surface fraction is formed by part with lower conductivity. Note that conducting rubber part extends continuously along the tape so that cured coils are provided with conducting path to discharge static electricity.
EFFECT: higher electric conductivity at high operating performances.
