FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: afterburning method of incomplete combustion products at utilisation of solid-propellant rocket engines by combustion on the bench involves attachment of solid-propellant rocket engine with its nozzle part inside lower end of mixing chamber of high-fineness ratio, engine ignition and supply of solid granular oxidiser to mixing chamber. Solid oxidiser is supplied during combustion of solid rocket propellant uniformly along the perimetre of mixing chamber in location zone of nozzle part of solid-propellant rocket engine. Mixing, heating of grains of fluid solid oxidiser to working temperature of chemical reactions with incomplete combustion products and chemical reactions of afterburning in mixing chamber of high-fineness ratio is intensified with turbulisation and interactions of two phases in ascending fluidised flow. Deactivated grains of oxidiser are separated at the outlet of mixing chamber with their removal without contact with air to heat energy utiliser with regenerator.

EFFECT: invention allows simplifying installation of utilisation of solid-propellant rocket engines.
