FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: water suspension includes 10 wt % of crushed wastes, ash-free consistent non-self-burning fuel material, catalyst of decomposition of nitrogen oxides or its predecessor and thickening agent. Viscous suspension is supplied to combustion reactor through two-phase feeders with atomisation by means of air. Consumption of viscous combustible suspension mixed with excess air is specified in compliance with combustion reactor volume, total combustion heat and residence time of combustion products in upper gas space of combustion reactor. Action zones of feeders in combustion reactor are isolated from each other by means of zoned fluidised air distribution through air distributing grid. Fluidised bed heating temperature is maintained by means of controlled heat removal from grain material of external circulation, which is returned to fluidised bed.
EFFECT: providing safety of technologically simplified energy-saving utilisation of explosive wastes and ballistite solid fuels with restricted emission of non-toxic dust to atmosphere.
