FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: diesel sprayer consists of sprayer case and of gun, of fuel line made in case of sprayer, of back valve located in fuel line, of accumulating cavity communicated with fuel line, of accumulating piston with spring installed in accumulating cavity, of gun case with needle of sprayer installed in it and loaded with spring, and of spring in cavity communicating with fuel line. Further, the diesel sprayer consists of a supplying line made in the case of the gun. The supplying line connects the fuel line with an above-needle cavity of the sprayer needle made in the case of the gun. Also, there is a sub-needle cavity formed with the case of the gun and the needle; spraying orifices are made in this cavity. Additionally, the sprayer is equipped with a movable stop of the spring of the sprayer needle. The stop is installed in a cavity of the spring and has a shank end resting on the accumulating piston; in interacts with the spring of the sprayer needle via the movable stop of the spring.
EFFECT: reduced time of sprayer needle fit to facilitate sharp cut of fuel supply and improved quality of spraying and mixture forming.
