FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: collector includes tight housing with transparent upper panel. Heat receiving device in the form of tube collector for passage of heat carrier is installed inside tight housing. Photocells in the form of the strip contacting with transparent current-conducting element on which transparent panel is installed are arranged in upper part of the housing along its perimetre. Besides, collector includes electric circuit including control unit with switch, accumulator and pressure sensor of snow cover. Availability of photocells in collector, which convert solar energy to heat and electric energies, as well as electric circuit connected to photocells and to transparent current-conducting element, and which performs through control unit of accumulator charge in conditions of solar weather for the purpose of accumulation of electric energy, and discharge of accumulator to transparent current-conducting element at snow cover through pressure sensor of snow cover, and at dull and frosty weather - through switch of control unit for the purpose of heating of upper transparent panel.
EFFECT: invention provides stable operation of collector in conditions of northern territories without attracting any additional energy sources.
