SUBSTANCE: methods and devices are disclosed, which ensure conditional assignments of downlink resources to access terminals, which are assigned to other terminals. Additionally, the methods and devices are disclosed to process resources in order to determine whether the access terminal shall use resources that were conditionally assigned.
EFFECT: provision of dynamic indication of availability of unused resources with the help of the reduced excessive information in case of a downlink.
