SUBSTANCE: in process of system information transfer by means of a basic station to at least one mobile terminal, the first unit is sent, which is related to system information along a broadcasting channel, configured with the possibility to carry out broadcasting transfer of system information only. The second unit is transferred, which is related to system information along a jointly used downlink channel configured to transfer system information and other data, after the first unit has been sent. Besides, the second unit contains planning information. Than the third unit is transferred, which is related to system information along a jointly used downlink channel in compliance with the planning information contained in the second unit, after the second unit has been sent.
EFFECT: reduction of radio resources loss with the help of dynamic transfer of system information.
