SUBSTANCE: brush unit comprises a rotated brush holder and a circular brush with a bristle crown of bristle that protrudes outside. The circular brush is made as a flexible tape. The unit also comprises a stop made with the possibility of submersion into the rotary bristle crown and braking of the bristle for a certain period of time to ensure that after its release the kinetic energy accumulated as a result is spent to additionally expose the material surface to impact treatment by the bristle. The rotary brush tool is provided, as well as the part surface treatment with the brush unit.
EFFECT: provision of highest height of profile irregularities on part surfaces prior to coating application for reliable engagement with it.
