FIELD: manufacture of brush articles.
SUBSTANCE: brush article has at least one holder with bristles held in it; bristles are made from plastic material suitable for pressure casting when bristles are made from plastic melt by introducing it under pressure into molding passages. Holder has through holes similar to spinnerets which are matched with molding passages made according to shape of bristles; plastic melt is fed under pressure from one side of holder (side of delivery of melt) via holes to passages, thus molding bristles; through holes have minimum width of ≤3 mm and ratio between this width and length of way of melt, i.e. total depth of through holes and length of passages is ≤1:5. Specification gives description of device proposed for realization of this method and making the articles by this method.
EFFECT: improved quality of brush articles.
