FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used in covering vast defects of anterior and lateral walls of larynx and trachea, developing after ablation of part of said organs in connection with their tumour affection, as well as after trauma. Method lies in moving into defect on feeding vascular pedicle combined transplant. Carcass element is made from permeably-porous titanium nickelide in form of replaceable defect with vertical dimension larger than vertical dimension of defect. Implantation is made into cut of soft tissues of part of chest upper third in projection of autotransplant flap site. After definite term before plasty into larynx and/or trachea lumen installed is stent. Internal lining of defect with surrounding it neck shin is carried out. After that, combined transplant is moved into defect and fixed.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to increase surgery efficiency and improve functional results.
