SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A laparolift comprises a traction rod held by hands, and a gripper of abdominal wall from its cavity represented in the form of a straight rod. The rod is pivotally connected with the traction rod and can change a position of its longitudinal axis with respect to that of the traction rod, and changes a position of its longitudinal axis with respect to that of the traction rod under force of gravity. The hinge pivot is displaced from the centre of gravity of the rod. An optical tube of a laparoscope is used together with the laparolift. The diameters of the traction rod and the optical tube make it possible to place together in the trocar cavity the diameter of which is 8 mm or less. The diameter of the optical tube of the laparoscope is 3 mm or less. The laparoscope is equipped with a self-contained light source. The rid length makes 5-7 cm.

EFFECT: laparoscopic instant diagnosing of the abdominal health with the use of the local anaesthesia; reduced intraoperative injuries accompanying creating an operative space for laparoscopic examination.
