FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: there is employed high-intensity rhythmic magnetic stimulation within a lumbosacral plexus by means of a large coil ring. The coil centre is arranged along the central line of the spine. There are used multiple stimulations of underlying structures of a spinal cord by pulse force 35-40 % of 2 T, frequency 0.5 Hz, duration 15 minutes, therapeutic course 10 sessions. A therapeutic effect is ensured by stimulation of nervous structures of the lumbosacral plexus responsible for the control of motor and sensory functions of lower extremities. A final therapeutic effect is conditioned by neuroplasticity of the spinal cord, property of neurons to change the functions, to change an excitability threshold of membrane canals under the high-intensity magnetic afferent pulses.
EFFECT: higher clinical effectiveness.
