FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: mixer consists of mixing chamber in form of cylinder hopper with truncated cone bottom. A working element - screw enclosed into a pipe is located along axis of the mixing chamber. A spreader is located in an upper part of the pipe. An upper part of the spreader is fixed on a shaft of the screw, while a lower one is fixed on the pipe by means of a movable connection. The spreader is equipped with four guides in form of rectangular grooves. A feeder-metering device is installed at a base of the screw. The mixing chamber is equipped with a loading branch for loading a main component. Finished product unloading is performed through the unloading branch with a gate. An entrainment filter functions as a dust collecting bag.

EFFECT: reduced energy intensity and increased uniformity of mixing.
