SUBSTANCE: according to the invention, a system is proposed that consists of a beverage preparation device (10) and a capsule (1) for beverage preparation from the food substance contained in the capsule compartment (2) by way of injecting liquid into the capsule; the beverage preparation device (10) contains opening means (3) intended for interaction with the wall (4) forming the capsule (1) release surface (6b); the opening means (3) consists of a curvilinear-shaped opening element (7) intended for cutting and removal of at least part of the cover (11) tightly attached to the capsule release surface (6b).
