FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: lifting unit braking mechanism 11 brakes and retains cabin 2. Said braking mechanism 11 consists of definite number of braking units 12 to be brought in contact with braking guides 6, if required. Note here that braking unit 12 may press one braking plate 14 to braking guide 6 to generate braking force FB. In compliance with this invention, effective factor of braking unit friction µe is determined to control braking mechanism 11. Said force is generated on pressing said plate 14 to said baking guide. Starting device is connected with starting control device and may be connected to braking mechanism.
