FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used when producing boron-containing rubber-to-metal cord adhesion promoters. Boric acid and zinc oxide react at 110-125°C in molten ε-caprolactam for 15-60 minutes in the following ratio of components, wt %: ε-caprolactam 25-38, boric acid 60-25, zinc oxide 15-40.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain boron-containing zinc compounds.
