FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: complex age resistor for rubbers contains a powder-like carrier - zinc oxide and colloidal silicic acid - and a liquid alloy of age resistors, produced at 70-90°C, which contains N-isopropyl-N-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine, ε-caprolactam, boric acid in the form of a preliminarily obtained melt in ε-caprolactam at a temperature of 110-115°C, salicylic acid and additionally zinc oxide.
EFFECT: invention ensures the high level of thermal-oxidative and ozone stability to rubbers, which contain the complex age resistor, for the long time of their exploitation.
