FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the creation of a complex antioxidant, the protective action of which occurs both as a preventive mechanism and a mechanism which breaks the oxidation chain. Complex anti-aging agent for rubber in the form of capsules with a shell containing colloidal silicic acid and an encapsulated substance in form of a melt ε-caprolactam, N-isopropyl-N-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine and an organic acid, wherein antioxidant contains 60 wt.% of shell and 40 wt.% of the encapsulated substance, the capsule shell contains zinc oxide which is dispersed beforehand at the following ratio of shell components, wt.pts.: zinc oxide: 10.00–20.00, colloidal silicic acid: 30.00–40.00, and the encapsulated substance contains rosin as an organic acid, with the following ratio of components in the prepared melt of the encapsulated substance, wt.pts.: ε-caprolactam: 15.00–17.67, N-isopropyl-N-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine: 15.00–17.67, rosin: 15.00–17.67.
EFFECT: complex anti-aging agent, which provides elastomeric compositions with high performance in conditions of heat, oxygen, ozone and abrasive wear.
