FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises drilling horizontal wells at sides of preparatory drift, installing roof bars and placing joining beams thereon. Tubular cantilever support assemblies are mounted in the wells, rigidly jointed with lengthwise beams to support roof bars, then mine support space is filled with rock or softwood packs. Note here that roof bars are rigidly jointed to lengthwise beams.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of metal, invariable transport channel sizes.
